Richard Michaels
Artist Richard Michaels paints to become absorbed in the present moment and access greater understanding of the creative process and of himself. His oil on canvas landscape and still life paintings emerge from this mindful practice. This book captures his vision - to inspire and enliven the creative spirit.
A creator of the Coaching for Transformation life coach certification training, Michaels is a former monk with a lifelong practice of yoga and meditation. He lives in The Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. He paints and exhibits in New England.
