Peter Lazes

Peter Lazes has worked as an educator, researcher, and consultant encouraging union and management leaders to created organizational changes to improve quality of services and control costs as a result of giving frontline staff a voice in decision-making. His research includes looking at impact of worker participation on civic participation and union revitalization.

Working with management and union leaders in numerous healthcare organizations, Lazes has helped to create sustainable changes to improve patient care and create more meaningful jobs for frontline staff. His lives with his wife, Marie Rudden, in West Stockbridge with 2 dogs, 3 horses and miniature donkey.
