Review: I enjoyed "Octobia May" because it is an exciting adventure about a girl who suspects a vampire lives in room 204 of her aunt's apartment building. Octobia May solves this mystery with her unshuttable mouth and excitement to go places. I would definitely recommend this book to you if you enjoy an intriguing but mellow mystery.
Kid: Lucy, age 12
Review: Unstoppable Octobia May is a mystery set in the 1950s. It is full of unexpected twists and turns. Octobia May lives at her aunt's house and is convinced that one of the other residents is a vampire. Later, in the book she discovers she was right to be suspicious... I recommend this book for ages 7 to 12.
Kid: Ashania, age 14
Review: I felt like this book was confusing but very interesting for a mystery. It made the vampire tale in the beginning seem so real, but also the deeper story with the 1950s made you think about how life was in the past. The book had a lot of twists with different emotions and sense.

Review: I like Mac B Kid Spy becuase it is funny and has lots of good pictures. My favorite part was when Mac realized hat a spoon was missing and not the crown. I would recommend this book to people.
Kid: Zoe, age 12
Review: The book Mac B. Kid Spy by Mac Barnett is a book I can say I genuinely enjoyed, with a cute original story and fun illustrations, it seemed to me like something that would really interest young readers and catch their eye. Mac B. is a kid spy that gets tasked with finding the stolen crown jewels for the Queen of England. Mac B. a boy from California was a real fish out of water on his trip to meet the queen in England, I wont give away any spoilers but the ending was quite satisfactory.
