About the Author


Mely del Rosario González Aróstegui holds a Master's in Latin American thought and a PhD in philosophy from the University of Havana. She is assistant professor and research chair of Latin American thinking at Central University of Las Villas in Santa Clara where she also currently serves as the dean.
